We use a technique called open space technology to organize our event. It is an extremely effective way to make fair, fun, exciting conferences that engage the skills and knowledge of all participants. Open Space is for Doers – be prepared to be involved, do some work, and make a difference. Open Space sessions at RCC have been the source of big social and technical changes in wikis.
